Kingsville is a semi-rural, close-knit, and rustic community bordered by the Little Gunpowder Falls and Big Gunpowder Falls. Many of the homes in Kingsville are large single-family homes on large, primarily private lots. Perry Hall, Bel Air, White Marsh, and Baldwin are close-by communities.
