Homeland

Homeland is a quiet neighborhood with mostly single-family houses in North Baltimore. The area is home to Loyola University Maryland, Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, and Notre Dame of Maryland University. Residents enjoy a suburban feel, picturesque landscaping, and a vibrant community association despite living in the city limits. Central Park’s famous Olmsted brothers designed the neighborhood’s winding streets and ponds. Between 1924 and the mid-1940s, the Roland Park Homeland Company built the first houses. At Belvedere Square, residents can enjoy great dining options and walking paths along Stony Run. Cedarcroft, Guilford, and Roland Park are nearby neighborhoods.
