Fells Point

Southeast Baltimore’s Fells Point neighborhood is a historic waterfront community one mile from the Inner Harbor. The neighborhood has more than 161 National Historic Register buildings and is the oldest in Baltimore City. The neighborhood consists of quaint 1700s wood-framed row homes, 18th- and 19th-century rowhomes, apartments, and luxurious new-construction townhomes. This neighborhood maintains its historic charm and offers a wide variety of unique retail shops, restaurants, and pubs for residents and visitors. There is live music at Cat’s Eye Pub, many local vendors at Broadway Market, and a luxury experience at the Sagamore Pendry hotel. Amazon, Exelon, Under Armour, and Johns Hopkins Medicine are some of the largest employers in the city. Apartments, rentals, and luxury Fells Point condos can be found at Hendersons Wharf and 1400 Lancaster Condos. Harbor East, Little Italy, and Butchers Hill are nearby neighborhoods.
