Butchers Hill

Butcher’s Hill, an 1850s rowhome community in Southeast Baltimore, is renowned for its architectural diversity. With large houses on east-west streets, medium-sized houses on north-south roads, and tiny houses on alley streets, the community could accommodate a wide range of incomes and professions. Butcher’s Hill was named after the many butchers who lived above their shops. In addition to proximity to neighboring Fell’s Point and Canton, residents also enjoy quiet streets near Patterson Park, a neighborhood K-8 school, and a few restaurants. The community loves being next to Ministry of Brewing, a very cool church turned social brewery. Patterson Park, Canton, Fells Point, and Highlandtown are nearby neighborhoods.
